• HOURS : We ONLY deliver to the Greater Vancouver area between 12PM-7PM. You will be contacted when your delivery is about to arrive. We highly recommend putting away the fresh and/or frozen goods immediately in the refrigerator or freezer for best quality. • DATES : Seafood orders are available for delivery ONLY across the Greater Vancouver Area 3 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). Exceptions may apply for statutory holidays. • DEADLINE : Our deadline for next day delivery is 9PM the previous day. Some products may have restrictions for delivery and must be delivered by a specific date. • DELAYS : Although we have a set time frame for deliveries, please note that it can be subjected to traffic conditions. • FEE : The delivery fee is $10 with purchases less than $200. However, you can get a free delivery with a minimum purchase of $200. If you have any other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. • ORDERING: Q : How do I order? A : Please send us an email with contact information, items you are interested in, and rather or not if you are a business or an individual. Q : Why do some products have date restrictions on delivery? A : For fresh and live goods such as sea urchins and fresh whole fish, they are best consumed as soon as they are delivered. To maintain freshness, each batch of sea urchins must be sold within 48 hours. Q : I would like to make an adjustment to my order that I already purchased, what should I do? A : Please contact us right away and we will try to accommodate your needs. However, we cannot guarantee for last minute changes. Q : How come I can’t place my order? A : The deadline for next day delivery is 9PM the previous day. Check if you have passed the order deadline. If so, please pick the next available date that is convenient for you. Q : Can I order after the 9PM deadline for next day delivery? A : Sorry, we cannot accept orders after the deadline. However, you can still contact us and ask if you forgot to order the night before. We MAY or MAY NOT be able to make an exception. No guarantees. • STOCK: Q : When do you restock your inventory? Can I be notified when products are restocked? A : We try to restock our items as soon as we can. In the meantime, you can contact us, we will let you know whether the item is available or not.
